  • Potale, it's beautiful village. It's having about 4000 population. On south side of Potale river is flowing bythe name Vang while on east a beautiful hill is there. On the top of hill you can visit to a small temple of Lord Shiva, very much peaceful & the most attractive place for me. From this place u can enjoy beauty of nature, mingling for hours. Normally major occupation occupation is farming in this village. here nowadays farmer is implementaing innovative ideas & technolgy in agriculture.Village is having education upto 10th standard. For higher studies boys & girls used to go at karad a nearby town. Grampachayat is actively working & is associtaed with lots of rural development activities. Village is having about 6 to 7 temples, peoples are well cultured & living happily. Lots of traditional activities takes place on every year such as Jatra, Sonn lutan, Dasara (DurgaDevi Fesival) , Ganpati Festival etc. In short, Potale is typical beautiful Indian Village of today's Developed Indian farmers.

This is Amol and i have been from potale in the Aprial and i would like to air my view about the beautiful potale villege the villege is very well located at the bang of river and i enjoyed a lot that day but somehow the villege is not having required falilities so people need to work on that but overall the villege is good and i am very adicted by potale villege
