The Final Fling Rapids on the Mitchel river are the last major rapids before the River travels along more flat farmland areas. The Final Fling is a favourite spot for summer Swimmers and has a grade 4 rapid that is exciting for Kayakers and Rafters alike. Towering Birch tree's on the western bank and smooth rock formations make the a picturesque spot on the Mitchel river.
