It is true. But please note the correct spelling of "diocesan priests". This house is run by the Jesuits and belongs to the Catholic Bishops of India.

At present there are 20 staff members (14 Jesuit priests and 6 diocesan priests, with Rev. Fr. Pradeep Seqeira being the Rector)in the Seminary
