SLC Civil Engineering: at its best in La Union.
It has produced world class engineers since 1983. Its civil engineers were now employed also around the world like Middle East, Asean nations, Europe, Korea, Japan, USA, African nations and many others. With the founding efforts of SLC's first president (the late Rev. Fr. Gerard de Boeck, CICM), Dean Ella Chan, CE Instructors like Engr's Placido Alcantara, Joseph Arca, Rolando Reyes, Baltazar Lavarias, Christopher Ancheta, Alfredo Doctolero, Vicky Boado and many other successors.
