The building was built in 1983 to make way for the increasing population of the college. It was then built with 3 floors having 36 classrooms. During the late 90's, the college renovated the building, adding an annex with 6 classrooms per floor and adding a 4th floor with additional 18 classrooms. The building now houses the High School Office, Elementary Office, High School Library, Elementary Library, HS Guidance Office, Elementary Guidance Office, HRM Kitchen and Laboratory, Elementary, High School, and College Rooms, Home Economics Kitchen, Science Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory, Biology Laboratory, and the Mirror (HS Mirror) Office.
