Old Quarter (Barrio Antiguo) (Monterrey)

Primary site for the foundation of Monterrey. Houses 18th and 19th century homes, most of them refurbished and transformed into Night Clubs and Discos that are opened until 2a.m. Patrons must prove adulthood with a Government issued ID card, mainly created as Voter Card on the thrice yearly elections.
