  When will the construction be completed??? The alternate route via Oliveros street is so cramped, prone to accidents, not to mention men who force you to give money for a safe pass going to Panorama street -considering how many times in a day we have to pass by this route...so much inconvenience...14M project? We can only count the men working by our fingers, it doesn't look like a priority national project to us!
