  • This schoolwas stated in June1959, by handful villagers of Shinoli.Uptill that time only vernacular school upto 7th Standard was there in Shinoli.For higher education students used to go a nearby scholl was at Ghodegaon 5 KM away.So this was a great help to the students of the advasi area upto Bhimashankar in the west side and sorrounding area Like Gnagapur,Kanse,Uglewadi.Phadalewadi and Dimha,Supedhar.After a year this school was handed over to ''Rayat Shikhnan Santha Sanstha Satara who is currently managed this instititute.It was started in Hanuman Temple intially since no scholl building was there.After 2/3,years anew scholl building of 3 romms near Hanuman temple was constructed by villagers. Again gap of 2/3 years another three romm were built by villagers with help of Shinolii villagers who has settled in Mumbai for employement.There was a great,invaluable contributions of students in constructing this scholl building Students used to do Shramadan in teheir P.T.periods.Mumbaikars Shinoli villagers has done a great job in raising funds from time to to time. Their help is main condtribution in the developement of this school.Inearly eight a great Union /leader late Shrii T.S.Dada Borhade along with''Navyug Vikas Mandal has done commendable job in developing this school.In 1984 a Silver Jubili of the scholl was celebrated and 2.5Lcas were donated toeards school developement.In the year1992 again with help of Navyug Vikas Mandal a valuntary oraginsation of Late Shri TS Borade has strated Junior collegein which Minister Dilip Walse Patil's help was immense. Later on the year '95 a great philanthropist,veteran industrialist late S.P.Godrej visited scholl.Late Mathaji Tukaram Borhade has done great job in convincing Godrej group to give generous donation of 13 Lacs for school audotorium was constrcted in year97-98.In this school author has also taken education for which i am very much proud of it.Today many past students are found doing well in various fields, of which a credit go to this school.

  • A Golden Jubilee of this School was held between 1st Feb to 6th Feb2010. This movement was started on 15th AUGUST2009 when past student of this school were gathred together to celebrate the indipendence day . Past student Mr DB Borhade,Mr Ashok Vithal Borahde and Mr.Bajirao Shinolikar including the writer Mr Harish Higne took the lead role to decide the activities of the Golden Jubilee of this school. After lot of discussions it was decided to raise the funds of Rs2 /-Lacs to distribute the prizes to top student of all the standerds,to open the the uptodate computer section which needed the funds of atleast 5 Lacs and to start a scinence Jr College from next academic year.Immediately within 15 days from this gathering a sum of Rs 1 Lac was collected by Mr Harish Hingne and made the good starts for this Golden Jubilee year activities of this school.Then within span of four months a sum of Rs 15 Lacs was collected by the past students which include maily Mr DB Borhade, Mr Ashok Vithal Borhade, Mr Shivaji Ghode,Mr Arun Hingne, Mr Atmaram Hingne, and many other past students.Also Famous Godrej Group has generously donated Rs 5Lacs in which a lead role was taken by Mr Harish Hingneand Mr Dilip seth Kondaji Borhade Bajirao Shilikar.On the ''Happy occasion of the ''Golden Jubille function chief guest were inclde Mr Dilip Walse Patil a speaker Maharastra Legislative Assembly Mr Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil a local Shivsena MPand many other distingiushed leaders.On this happy occasion a compter section was inagurated. Also a sovenir was published by the school under able editership of Principle Mr J S Thaveel and past students Mr Harish Hingne, Mr DB Borhade and this souvenir has given history of the school and present activities of the school. During these 5 days of function sports competions ,speech competions and many other arts competions were held.On final days many past teachers ,past students were facilited by the monuments. This 5 days of gala was grand success and will be rememebered by allthose who has attended for many years to come.
  • It was decided on the eve of Golden Jubilee Year 2009-2010, to start Scince Jr.College at Bhimashankar VidyaMandir . Therefore past students of this school had helped a lot to start Jr.Collge from acedemic year 2010-2011.A sum of Rs 5 Lcas was collected by studets like Harish Hingne and Ashok V.Borade for Scince lab.Even without any govt grants, college could able to impart education with the help of devoted past students like Ashok Borade, DB Borade and Harish Hingne. A batch of Jr College will appear for 12th Board Exam in March 2012. Thus one of the objective of Golden Jubilee year will come into reality this year i.e. To start Scince Jr Collge at Bhimashankar Vidya Mandir.

  • I m not a student of this school but my hometown is shinoli. My sister learned in that school n i saw that school it is really awesome. At present so many student get the benefit of this school especially from backward class who is not able to pay the fees. It is our proud to inform you that many celebraties visit our school like sharad pawar, raj babbar, Ashok sharaf etc.
