Offce complex built by Bill Hartley, a local developer. The structure was originally an average bi-level home in the woods which he & his 4 siblings grew up in,He designed many water park rides including some at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. The slides used to be displayed in the yard. But just a few years ago, new additions were built on, but very colorful and awkwrd. Some have complained because it is an eyesore. It was converted into an office park. Next door, an ice cream parlor, Krazy Kow ice cream, is proposed.

The inside has lots of murals, an indoor pool, indoor coral reef, indoor rainforest, and other things. A dump full of old water park parts and statues is around back.
