Situated about 11 kms before Nashik near Vilholi village it's a very beautiful Jain Derasar. The Shikhar, with amazing carvings, is also noteworthy. Devotees come here to worship Shri Parshvanath Bhagwan (Chaumukhi) and Shri Mahaveer Swami Bhagwan. On the First floor, there is replica of Shri Ashtapad Tirth. There are several small Derasars in the periphery of the main Dearsar.
