  • Possibly the least friendly and least inviting public building on the planet! Libraries should encourage people to come in an browse, to stop and read, to tuck away and put your nose in a book. This place herds any visitor down and through a cattle gate then you have to navigate your way up to the stacks, which are loud and not inviting. Just another SF masterpiece.
