Tumauini is a municipality in the province of Isabela in the Philippines. As of the 2010 census, it has a population of 58,463 people.

This quiet town boasts of a famous historical landmark, the Tumauini Church. Built in the 1870s by the Dominicans, the church has a unique cylindrical bell tower made of bricks. The church was built in the 1780s by the Dominicans with its unique cake-like belltower added some years later. The church may be considered the best and most artistic brick structure in the Philippines. In the convento’s vaulted ceiling may still be seen impressions of the mats used to hold up the plaster. The churchyard is bounded by a brick wall with a unique undulating silhouette.

There is little commercial activity for a town of its size, however, there is a sizeable market providing venues for sales of fruits, vegetables, meats, VCDs, and firecrackers.
