  Now currently, it is a massive shopping complex called Posner Park. It includes stores such as Belk, Best Buy, Staples, Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, as well as other anchor stores, along with a mass of other little stores spread throughout. There is also the possiblity of even more anchor stores opening up in the near future. The possibility of either a housing complex or apartments nearby is also possible, but as of this writing, it's unknown. If anyone else has information, please add to this.
