The School has collaboration with the Missouri School of Journalism, USA, the oldest and among the most reputed journalism schools of the world. The school is one of its kinds that offer Post-Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism, Television Production & Direction and Media Management. The school also offers short term courses like Acting for Camera (6 months), TV Direction & Production (6 months) & Television Editing (2 months). The school offers a full-fledged course with theory and practical work.

Eminent personalities like Neeta Ambani, Chairman, Reliance International School, Amit Khanna, Chairman, Reliance Entertainment, Amit Mitra, Ex Secretary General, FICCI, Rajdeep Sardesai, Director, IBN and RK Mishra, Chairman, Observer Research Foundation, are part of the international Advisory Board of ISOMES. Prof Phill Brooks and Prof Roger Gafke from Missouri School of Journalism are the American members of the International Advisory Board of ISOMES. The two American professors also actively participate in the academic activities of the school.

ISOMES is the only industry integrated media and entertainment academy in South Asia, with an international approach. Students gather invaluable practical knowledge and real life learning during their attachments with B.A.G programmes. ISOMES’ promoters enjoy excellent industry connectivity necessary for facilitating regular industry interface, visiting faculty, internships as well as final placements.
ISOMES has provided the students with an international standards centrally air-conditioned infrastructure with all the requisite facilities and resources to complement their learning. The facilities include state of the art classrooms, auditorium, amphitheatre, computer lab, acting studio, counselling room, library and reading room. ISOMES has its dedicated cameras and editing set ups. With an extensive collection of books and CDs in the Library, ISOMES also subscribes to a large number of professional journals, periodicals and magazines. The students at ISOMES are a unique blend of regional and education backgrounds. The whole educational methodology at ISOMES revolves around a high degree of interactivity and personalized attention to all students. A professional psychological counselor is invited to the school to understand the students’ psyche and problems, both professional and personal. The school recently organized an International seminar highlighting the “Media concerns of the day” on November 17, 2005. The seminar under the aegis of “B.A.G BIG IDEA” witnessed Shri. Jaipal Reddy, Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India as the Chief Guest and Shri, Suresh Pachouri, Union Minister Public & Personnel Grievances as the Guest of Honour besides the other media luminaries present at the seminar. The day long seminar highlighted two sessions-“Is Indian Media aggressive enough & is Television corrupting popular taste?”

The 2nd session- “IS TELEVISON CORRUPTING POPULAR TASTE? “had eminent personalities like: Mr. Tripurari Sharan, Director, FTII; Ms. Bhavana Somaaya, Editor, Screen; Pawan 'SIDDHANTH' Shankarr, Actor, Ms. Rekha Nigam, Ex Programming Head, Sony TV, Prof. Roger Gafke, International Dean, ISOMES addressing the session along with Mr. Anil Wanvari, Editor-in-Chief,Indiantelevision.com as the Moderator.

In 2006, ISOMES plans to launch a 4 year integrated Graduate and Masters Programme in Broadcast Journalism & TV Production, Media management etc. The course would admit suitable students right after their +2 levels.
