Built in 1605 this is one of the oldest brick buildings in Amsterdam.It is a typical example of a wood house transformed in a brick house.The first owner was a businessman from Riga. This explains the sign with two crossing keys (weapon if Riga).It is owned by stichting Hendrick de Keyser.Currently it serves as officebuilding for the Salvation Army Centrale Aanmelding.
