Being built on the site of the Former Chili's (also the site of a murder/robbery involving an employee and one of the managers in the 1990s) the Indian/Pakistani Restaurant and a strip of shops toward the rear of the property. All structures on the lot were razed in April 2013 to begin construction on the project.
