Designed c. 1907 by George B. Post as the central branch of the Cleveland Trust Company. It features an 81ft high rotunda with murals executed by Francis Davis Millet titled "The Development of Civilization in America" and a stained glass ceiling by Nicola D'Ascenzo.

After sitting empty for almost two decades, it was adaptively reused to become a location of the Heinen grocery store.
