Welcome to the Hillview Branch Library, which has served East San José since 1965. The current facility, constructed under the Branch Library Development Program, opened in 2007. The library provides educational resources and recreational opportunities serving the needs and interests of a culturally diverse community, including a strong collection of media materials, special language items, and a large teen room. Free WiFi and Internet access is available during library hours. Hillview Branch is situated next to Fischer Middle School and a few blocks from the Hank Lopez Community Center.
