  • This is the UPS package pickup location if you miss a delivery in Boston's Back Bay. It is not convenient -- I don't understand why they can't just leave packages at the UPS store on Newbury St.! Pain in the ass!
  • The newbury st ups store is a independent operation. As all ups stores are. If you wish to use their services then contact them & arrangements can be made.
  • Hours are 8 am- 6pm Monday- Friday. This is a full service shipping center and parcel pick-up location.
  • This place is cheaper than any UPS Store; empty boxes are way cheaper and their shipping rates are affordable.
