The first bridge built over the Vodootvodniy Canal. The first bridge was built in 1788. It was wooden, and was called the Kozmodemyanskiy Bridge. In 1880, a 3-lane stone bridge was built, getting the name Little Stone Bridge or Little Kamenny Bridge. A modern steel-framed concrete bridge was built in 1938, and before 1941, the bridge had cable-car rails installed.
