Barrie's City Hall is located at the corner of Collier Street and Mulcaster Street in downtown Barrie. The cornerstone of the City Hall was laid on Saturday, October 12, 1985.

Every Saturday morning the farmers market is held at the City Hall, indoors in the winter and outdoors in the summer.
