Authentic Prince Edward Island Artisans, Diane and Jacques Gaudreau, established Gaudreau Fine Woodworking in 1980.
In 2000 they expanded with a 2000 sq ft gallery featuring the artisan works from throughout the Maritime region - pottery, jewellery, art, woodworking. When you visit the site you can view the woodworking studio where the couple create works in birdseye maple, walnut, etc. This wonderful cultural location is a perfect place to meet the makers, purchase regional crafts, enjoy the fabulous views of the bay and the dunes of Robinson's island and watch the birds fishing in the bay. If you like to bike the Grand Pere Point loop is a scenic cycle..... the bay and Wheatley River are lovely kayaking.
