  • Some residents are a threat to the peace of the whole of Rolling Hills[all the Phases].These residents have, in the past used abusive language against other residents to persuade them to open the gate which opens to some one's plot . therefore using it as a road is illegal. this is one thing the residents of phase 2 do not understand. Every one is invited to use the RTI also and they will discover the truth only then. they are only worried that the distance to their belove Food Bazaar will be lengthened. They do not understand that Paranjape only wants his future customers to have access to his upcoming schemes on the other side of Rolling hills hope that their eyes open soon and that, peace may soon prevail in, ROLLING HILLS one of the prominent landmarks of Baner

[My Reply] Dear abc, The gate near the rowhouses is a "society gate" and is not owned by residents owning rowhouses alone (though they all want to believe that they do). In the past "prominent" Rowhouse residents have resorted to abusive language, bullying tactics and emotional blackmail. All 234 families living in the apartments were cheated by Rowhouse residents by unilaterally shutting off the entrance gate without taking all phases into confidence. You will repent!! [My Reply] Let's not talk about what's legal and illegal here, using a road passing through a plot doesn't mean that the ownership of the plot changes or anything like it. Also, you seem to be overtly concerned about someone elses plot, I don't seem to understand why. I'm sure there are some ulterior and selfish motives here which are being camouflaged/disguised. Fact is, the plot is owned by the same person who once owned the land where Rolling Hills stands today and he has given all Rolling Hills Residents right of access through this road till the 9 metre wide D.P Road thru Vascon Paradise is ready for use which is the "legal" access road for the Rolling Hills complex. He is not responsible for shutting the gate and nor is he responsible for the wall/barbed wire outside the gate, this has been done by Rowhouse residents. Abc, You really need to get your facts right before arguing in a public forum such as this. Your argument holds no water!! [My Reply] My dear friend, the question here is about "safety" of our senior citizens, children and women. It isn't possible to use the Baner-Pashan link road in the current state. I sure hope you realize it as well. Stop giving lame excuses such as proximity to FoodBazaar etc. You might have helicopters to travel in....we don't!!! Eventually access to their other schemes will be via the D.P Road which will pass through Rolling Hills in any case and they are aware. Majority always wins......just wait and watch and you'll be forced to "eat your own words"
