fountain, interesting place
Frank Lloyd Wright designed the original water dome to be higher than the surrounding buildings, and to "cool" the area. It was named the J. Edgar Wall Waterdome. It was filled in between 1966 & 67, and reflecting pools and a plaza were put in place. Thankfully it is being restored to almost original condition.
