Reciu (in the Saxon dialect Rätsch, in German Rätsch, Retsch, in Hungarian Szebenrécse, Récse) is a village in the commune of Gârbova in Alba County, Transylvania, Romania. It is located in the southeastern part of the county.
In the locality there is an old church, originally built in the 13th century, probably in Romanesque style, with transformations in 1491 and 1801.

In 1309 a certain Pleban Baldinius von "Resz" is mentioned.
In 1330, 1332 and 1336 Pfarrer Nikolaus von Rätsch (priest Nikolaus of Reciu) is mentioned among the priests of the Deanery of Sebeș, as well as in the lists of papal taxes.
