Harprasad Das Jain College Arrah is one of the premier institute of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Bihar. This college had been gifted with many well known professors. Based on my experience I like to name some of them U.S.Pandey (Chemistry), Late U.C.Prasad (Maths), Prof. Raj Kishor Singh (Physics) and the list goes on.

Some of the alumni of the college who have raised institutes flag high are sagar giri ara,bihar (Engineer-Canada), Amitabh Ranjan (Engineer-Pune), Satyakam Anand, Snigdha, Punam, Pallavi (all from 1987 I.Sc. batch) Sunil Pathak (Mining Engineer) and the list goes on.
