Build-to-suit office building by Ortigas & Company, Limited Partnership for NuComm International on a 5,000 square meter lot within their 18.5-hectare mixed-use Frontera Verde complex in Barangay Ugong, Pasig City.

NuComm International was acquired by Transcom WorldWide S.A. during 2007 which resulted to the building being renamed to Transcom Center from Nucomm Center.

The building houses NuComm Manila, the offshore contact-center office of NuComm International in the Philippines. NuComm International is 100% owned by Transcom WorldWide S.A.
