Presque Isle State Park encompasses the entire peninsula which creates the bay and port of Erie. Annually, Presque Isle is Pennsylvania's most visited state park with over 4 million visitors.
Presque Isle offers seven miles of beaches along Lake Erie, hiking and a 13.5 mile biking trail, picnic pavilions and other features that include a newly opened, $31 million Tom Ridge Environmental Center for visitors, tourists, students and researchers.

  • I was a resident of Erie for 18+ years. Presque Isle is anything but stupid. It offers views of local wildlife, public beaches, boat access, a bike path, and a great view of the city's shoreline from across the bay.
  • Great park. Makes up for what a crap city Erie is (sorry, just being honest).
