Little private neighborhood, financed by St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church by selling off its church on the West Bluff; they didn't bother to build another church until a couple years later - that church is near the west end of this property. The entrance is at the end of W. Scenic Drive. Phase II (more of this sort of thing) is being built just to the south, with its entrance off of W. Lake Avenue instead.
