Shri Ramanth Temple is the temple of Lord Shiva. The Shivlinga in the temple was discovered by a cow herder whos cow used to do abhisheka for the Shivlinga everyday. The temple is constructed just besides a mountain. Theres a stream(theertha) flowing from inside a mountain through out the year and no one knows about the origin of it. Mainly two festivals are celebrated during the year, one is Kartik poornima in the month of November and Shivratri which is in the month of March. In the rainy season its beautiful to see the scenary with the lush green mountain at the background of the temple. In short, its worth visiting the holy place.
