North Korean National Treasure #124.
Kaesong's South Gate was constructed between 1391 and 1393, and is the only one of the original seven citadel gates to survive into the present. The pavilion was destroyed by American bombing during the Korean War, but reconstructed in 1954. The gate houses the Yonbok Bell, cast in 1346, which is 3.3 meters high and weighs 14 tons. The bell was recovered from Yonbok Temple when it was destroyed by fire in 1563, and was used to call out the hours until the beginning of the 21st century.
