H H SHRIMAD SUDHINDRA THIRTHA SWAMI GURUMAHARAJji.

this complex contains shri VENKATARAMAN TEMPLE and a temple dedicated to
SHRI MAHALASA NARAYANI DEVI.
it also house an auditorium-cum-convention hall
"SHRI VYASA SABHA GRIHA" ,arrangements and space for cooking and serving of feast during various holy occations are well equipped with.A parking lot has been constructed recently.

SHRI MAHALASA NARAYANI TEMPLE has its BRAMHARATHOTSAVA every year in which people from all parts of dakshina kannada participate.
