a fairly expansive green area located on East Park Road, that provides a much needed common playground for the neighbourhood kids, and a place to organize other activities like Yoga, Laughing Clubs etc for grown ups, though as the adjoining areas lose their residential nature to the commercial juggernaut, the number of local visitors is on the downslide.

The park's expanses once stretched all the way to Padam Singh Road, but has now been reduced to a third of that, to give way to a parking lot and some drab, disused squat structures belonging to the Electricity board.

Interestingly, the park is said to built on an old Kabristan (muslim graveyard), which was covered up in late 1920's, after due permissions were granted by the local muslim clergy, as it had run out of space for more burials.

This fact is used quite liberally by local grannies and grandpas to spook any kids who refuse to come home and do their homework!
