Avianca Airlines HK-1803 (flight 203) debris landing site: 107 deaths. On Nov 27, 1989 at 7:13 a.m. the B-727 exploded 3 minutes after departure from EDR to CLO by a bomb plotted by Pablo Escobar targeting Cesar Gaviria. Airline was negligent on security inside the terminal thus causing the device to be entered into the plane by ground crews.
