    The sand is said to be slightly radioactive and, therefore, have certain healing properties. So it would be wise to ask your doctor whether this would be good for youor health - in most cases it is, but some people may have individual problems with this. The coast is rather windy. On one hand, this is good for kiting and wind surfing, also, the wind helps to go in hot weather. Yet on the other hand, it is easy to get a sun burn this way - you would not feel that it's time to go into a shade, so watch out and rely on your watch rather then on your feeling. Plus, the wind carries the sand which is not always so nice :)
