Disneyland Hotel (Anaheim, California)

A massive resort hotel originally opened in 1955 with the name under license, which expanded over time. Originally, much of the hotel was situated on what is (currently) Downtown Disney, with the hotel golf course to the west (later developed with more buildings). In 1989, Disney bought the hotel following the death of the original owner, and ten years later made substantial changes, including demolishing the last of the 1955 structures. Even today, the hotel often undergoes changes and renovations.
