Residence of the Governor of the erstwhile United Provice in the 18th & 19th Century.Subsequently purchased by Raja Jaikishan Das.Later became the residence of Agra's first Mayor Mr.Shambhunath Chaturvedi.It is said that the adjoining ground to this property was the location for a periodic market during the Mughal Times and thats where the name "Meena Bazaar" comes from.
