IS IT RPS, OMAXE OR RWA ? DON'T YOU RESIDENT THINK THAT PAYING SOCIETY FEE @ RS.1.5/SQFT + SERVICE TAX IS A HIGHER PRICE. SPECIALY WHEN THE COMPLEX IS BRAND NEW. HOPE RWA WILL GIVE A THOUGHT.   • Some points to be noted :- 1. Why is this project better then other nearby societies. 2. Connectivity might be one of the problem for this project. 3. There is no prominent market place nearby. 4. Might be having problem of water in later stages.
