  • i studied so hard in college... and so i was able to pass the qualifications of the said institution... They promised a good career path... But those just ended up as a promise... Im now working on one of thier companies... still stagnant at a position i am holding... even if i acquired a license a long time now... i dont know why they trust more the people from other companies... while they are putting down their own breed... the people who gave their best to meet their expectations....the people who hoped... the people with ruined dreams bec ause of them....

  • I worked almost two years in MIHCA but I decided to leave the company because of several reasons: I felt stagnant on my position, no matter how hard I worked I don't received any credit, and discrimination among low ranking employees. Now I'm satisfied with my present work in a semi government company, no pressure no hassle.
