Ao Nang is the small beach and tourist centre near Krabi. There are lots of hotels varying from very cheap budget hotels to luxurious ones. There are not much tourism activity as in Phuket but the landscape is amazing. Vacation here is easily based mainly on snorkeling, diving, taking boat trips. etc.

  • We had a great vacation here over Christmas one year. Very beautiful area, smaller town with some good food/shopping.
  • This box is slightly in wrong coordinates. It should cover the centrum below and to the right of the box.

  • Done some (18 times in 6 days) diving here. Great place, I even met whale shark there, nice fellow.. ;-) Totally I was there 15 days and easily could prolong my vacation with some weeks more!
