The Landmark Makati is the first branch of The Landmark. It later expanded, branching to TriNoMa in Quezon City and Festival Mall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

It consists of a four-level department store, a Catholic chapel (Mary Mother of Hope Chapel) at the fifth floor, and a supermarket and food court at the basement.
