  Contrary to our good sense we are still trying to be the tenant of this money pit but in reality it's not suitable for our older (80+ yrs)members and it will be too expensive for the City of Edmonton, the owner, to renovate and install an elevator to the second floor and upgrade all utilities and frankly we have squandered in 6 yrs. the monies from the $1,000,000.sale of our previous property on 81 Ave.that we cannot afford any improvements. It's time we "passed the torch" to the regular forces or combine with the other legions in town who are also going bankrupt. Oct3,2008
