Karmiravan ( Armenian: Կարմիրավան ) was an Armenian village in Martakert district of NKR. Since the 1992 occupied by Soviet 4th Army and gangs of Azerbaijani paramilitaries assisting them. The village was burned and destroyed to foundation. Azerbaijan considers this village as part of Terter Rayon of Azerbaijan and name it as Qızıloba or Qızıl Oba Administration of NKR considers the village as part of its Martakert district under the Azerbaijani occupation. The village is now on the cease-fire line between the Army Of Selfdefence of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and Azerbaijani army. There have been allegations of cease fire violations in the village's vicinity
