21st Century Tower is a 269-metre, 55-story skyscraper located along the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. It was constructed from 2001 till 2003. It has a footprint of 1,350 square metres and includes a rooftop swimming pool and gymnasium on the top floor. A 9-story car park adjoins the main tower. It has 400 residential units and 7 elevators. The building is entirely pre-leased to Emirates Airlines to house its flight attendants. The building was designed by W. S. Atkins
