The engineering services occupied the space between Mira Avenue and Gilyarovsky Street. Due to its unusual shape, the building stood on the red lines of both streets, simultaneously forming pedestrian passageways and small squares. The facades of the building are decorated with intricately shaped panels of unpainted white concrete, the corners are smoothed, and this sets it apart from the surrounding buildings.
