We have bookes a property in Palm Retreat Tower 4 and paid up almost 25% of the cost in Dec 2005 with a promise of handover by early 2008 after 2 years we still do not have any clue when the project will take off.   • I had booked a flat in Adarsh Palm Retreat in 2005 Dec. Every time i called enquiring about the progress of the project, the reply i got was that they were waitin g for the approvals. The Marketing Manager was always a little impatient. I am really eager to know what is Happening there.
