This entire block has seats for patrons outside on the sidewalk ( and inside too ) and it is always busy and a-bustlin' but especially in the evening, there are crowds of people--JHU is what this neighborhood runs on--and this is a super place to hang out. Food's great, drink's great, but the people and the scene are the best of all. Never stops--it just gets better. Daytime umbrellas remain after dark--good for shade by day, but still cool at night.
