  • Not only is Meth a major issue, the city can barely afford to keep itself alive let alone provide proper and significant police force just to deal with the drug traffic. Definite small-town mindset, a lot of racism and general prejudices. Problem with homeless, theft. Other than the bad, it's a quaint, quiet little town set in a beautiful area. The general populace is pretty nice. The kids don't have enough to do though.
