  • Originally planned for settlement by Majlis Daerah Perak Tengah in 1994. It was developed and the housing lots were sold to so call Perakian. Many who bought the land at the price of RM16,000 per lot were mainly teachers, lecturers, government staff and locals. It was only in 1996, the first settler moved in. Roads were not properly constructed and some areas were still the homes for wildboar. Within the span of four years, more houses were developed. The more beautiful houses were mainly designed by architects lecturers from UiTM. The more so call common designs were done by a draftsman, so to a trained eye it can be seen quite clearly. Now, there is a surau, and road names have been assigned. I moved in the year 2006, and is a proud owner of a house designed and built myself.
