The church was first established in 1969. The first church (now demolished) was located beside Balibago Elementary School, but then relocated across and built a second church. Until 2000, the parish was relocated again to its present location inside the Santa Rosa Commercial Complex. The church was dedicated in a mass presided by Most Reverend Francisco C. San Diego, then-Bishop of San Pablo on December 15, 2008.
